A new build right next to an old tile-roofed bungalow. The H-beam frame has rebar tied around it, and the walls and columns are then wrapped in metal mesh.
Project notes
The site originally had a tile-roofed bungalow with cracks in its walls, and the ground in front had been excavated and cleared. The new structure uses an H-beam frame, with rebar tied around the beams and columns, rising right against the old bungalow; the walls and columns were then wrapped in metal mesh. In the photos, welding machines and cables are on site and work is still in progress.
