First in Tekla, where every member, every bolt hole and every weld line is modeled in place. Then in steel, cut, drilled, welded and erected from that same data.

Modeled in Tekla Structures, with clash checks and connection reviews finished before any drawing is issued. Drawings and model share one source, so a change in one place updates everything.

Fabrication
A DAITO processing line imported from Japan works alongside laser cutting. Weld positions and piece marks are etched during cutting, so assembly needs no manual layout.

Erection
Members ship and go up in batches by piece mark, in an erection sequence already rehearsed in the model.
