The photos for this project record a site being graded. The ground has just been turned over, and the edge of the site has a green wire mesh fence standing on a concrete curb. Along the road, a corrugated metal fence has been put up, weighed down at the base with rows of white concrete blocks, and workers are fastening it sheet by sheet with power tools. An excavator is also on site grading the ground.
The client is a private individual and is not named for privacy reasons.
