Leak repair on an existing corrugated metal roof. The sheets had rusted through at the laps, and we sealed along the laps and around the screws.

Project notes

Leak repair on an existing roof of corrugated metal sheet. In the photos, the worst rust is where two sheets overlap: the rust is flaking off and has eaten through in places, and the screw holes on the ribs are damaged too. We sealed along the laps and around the screws with a caulking gun. The photos record the repair in progress.
