This is steel work beside a temple. The structure consists of red-brown painted H-beam columns and steel beams rising along the existing temple wall, with the column bases fixed on base plates and a steel staircase below. In the photos the steel frame is still being assembled, safety netting is hung overhead, steel beams are laid out on the ground, and workers are working on the frame.
