Chengyi Drain Steel Fabrication
A drain cover for a roadside catch basin. A galvanized angle seat frame is set into the opening, a galvanized grating goes on top, and the surroundings are leveled with mortar.
Project notes
A steel fabrication and installation job for a drain, carried out in 2024. In the photos, a galvanized angle seat frame is first set into the catch basin opening and fixed around the edges with cement mortar, and a drainage pipe can be seen entering through the basin wall. Once the frame is in place, a galvanized grating is laid on top and the surrounding road surface is leveled with mortar. The photos cover the seat frame installation and the finished cover.
