The three work items (accessibility facilities, smoke curtain walls and rectifying inspection deficiencies) all point to the same thing: getting an existing building through its occupancy permit inspection. Jobs like this are usually not large, but every item corresponds to a clause in the regulations, and getting one wrong means the work was for nothing.
