New Buildings and Extensions at Haochuan Dairy Farm
A dairy farm cannot stop running, so all five phases over six years were built in sections inside a farm where the cows kept their normal routine.

Project notes
Haochuan Dairy Farm is in Fubao Village, Fuxing Township, Changhua County. It is a dairy farm that produces and sells its own fresh milk and frozen desserts. The farm has commissioned work from us in stages since 2016, five phases in all through 2022.
Livestock facilities come with different constraints from factories: the cows’ routine cannot be interrupted, and the circulation routes of the milking parlor and barns have to be kept open throughout. So every phase was split into small sections, with layout marking, foundations, steel installation and drainage ditches each brought in separately.
For the compost house we also helped with the building permit application. The legalization process for agricultural facilities like this is something many contractors in our trade will not take on.
