Custom container houses (Xingyue House) for Xiangzhong, followed by factory renovation.
The biggest difference between a custom container house and a standard container is that every opening has to be recalculated. Move a door or window, and the forces in the original corner posts and cross beams change with it, so openings cannot simply be cut the way they would be in a standard container.
