Within one plant site, the main building, boiler room, carport and boundary wall were contracted as separate items, and the source of leaks in the existing roof also had to be dealt with.

Multiple works on the Yixing plant site. Besides the main building, they included a boiler room, a carport, the south boundary wall, and tracing and repairing the cause of leaks in the existing roof.
The hard part of a roof leak is finding the source. Where the water gets in and which purlin it runs along are often not the same place as where it finally drips down.
