- What is the biggest risk of building overseas, and how do you handle it?
- The risks are mostly outside the structure itself: weather, regulations, language and local equipment are not in our hands. We recalculate the erection plan around the cranes and crews actually available locally, re-sequence the work around dry spells in the rainy season, and think through every variable before we leave.
